2. What is the difference between Top-Bend and Side-Bend Neon Flex?

Top-Bend Neon Flex bends upward and downward along the lighting surface, while Side-Bend Neon Flex bends horizontally from side to side. The correct bending direction should be selected according to the installation shape and application.

3. What colors are available?

We offer a wide range of options, including single color, Tunable White, RGB, RGBW, RGB+CCT, and addressable pixel versions. Custom color temperatures and special wavelengths are also available.

4. Is Top-Bend LED Neon Flex waterproof?

Yes. Waterproof versions are available for outdoor and wet-location applications, typically up to IP67 or IP68 depending on the product structure and connector solution.

5. Can it be cut to custom lengths?

Yes. The neon flex can be cut according to the specified cutting interval. We can also manufacture finished lengths with factory-installed cables, connectors, and end caps according to your project requirements.

The most common options are DC12V and DC24V. DC24V is widely recommended for longer runs because it provides better voltage stability and lower voltage drop.

Yes. Constant-current and long-run solutions are available for projects requiring longer continuous lengths. The maximum run length depends on the power, PCB design, voltage, and product size.

8. Does the neon flex show LED dots?

No. The silicone optical structure is designed to provide uniform and continuous illumination with minimal visible spotting. LED density and silicone dimensions can also be optimized for demanding architectural applications.
